Established as Mingxing Theater (明星影戲院) in 1950. It later underwent a series of name changes, becoming Xinbao Theater (新寶戲院), Dabao Theater (大寶戲院), and most memorably, Jinbao Theater (金寶戲院). Out of business in the late 1980s and demolished long ago. Farglory Insurance (遠雄人壽) now has a commercial tower on this site.
