A Shinto shrine established in the late Japanese colonial era on what is now the site of the Changsha Community Activity Center (長沙社區活動中心). After the war the site was taken over by the military, initially serving as an Army 803 Hospital Barracks (陸軍803醫院營舍) from 1953 before passing through various military units over the years. The base was finally decommissioned and returned to the Huatan Township Office in 2000. It is uncertain whether the shrine was ever completed or whether any relics survive.
