The first cinema in Qiao’ai New Village (僑愛新村). It opened in 1966, initially as an open-air venue surrounded by bamboo fencing. It closed in 1969 when the Ministry of National Defense ordered all military village cinemas to cease operations. The location is not known with certainty but it was presumably located within the village itself, which was completely redeveloped long ago.
