A navy dependents’ village on the east side of Guishan (龜山) built in 1950 by the Women’s League, converting over 10 Japanese naval dormitories into 221 households for low-ranking officers and NCOs. Together with Haiguang No. 3 Village (海光三村) to the south, the area formed a continuous settlement of over 600 household. Many residents were relocated to Cuifeng Public Housing (翠峰國宅) in the late 1990s and the site is now a parking lot.
