Four duplex-style Japanese dormitories built between 1937 and 1941 for Shanjiao Public School (山腳公學校), established in 1911 as a branch of Yuanli Public School. The buildings feature raised floors with ventilation windows in the foundation, bamboo-and-mud walls clad in hinoki panels, and black tile roofing.
