A former elementary school in rural Yanping Township, Taitung, with a complex administrative history. First established in 1949 as a branch of Wuling Elementary School (武陵國小), it became independent in 1951 but was merged and closed in 1953. Re-established in 1966, it operated independently as Yongkang Elementary School (永康國民小學) from 1968 until being downgraded to a branch in 1996 and finally closed in 2007. In the 2010s the abandoned school was renovated into a sports facility for the local populace.
