A combined art museum and library at the northern end of Taichung Central Park (臺中中央公園) in Xitun, Taichung, part of the redevelopment of the former Shuinan Airport (水湳機場). Japanese firm SANAA won the 2013 international competition with Taiwanese architect Liu Pei-sen (劉培森), and their eight interconnected buildings house the Taichung Art Museum (臺中市立美術館), or TCAM, and the Taichung Public Main Library (臺中市立圖書館總館). Construction began in 2019 and the complex opened on December 13th, 2025.
