An old Japanese colonial era building located in the former Monga yukaku (艋舺遊廓), a legal red-light district. Although it seems uncertain, it is speculated to have been established as a venue for female entertainers to conduct business. It was heavily damaged when restoration efforts began in 2014, and in 2020 it was recognized by the city for its heritage value. Previously known as Hequan Building (和泉樓) and Zuihua Garden (醉花園). Now operating as an art space.
