Established in 1856, this historic temple primarily venerates Ling’an Zunwang (靈安尊王), a deified Min dynasty general and patron saint of Hui’an County in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. He is a judicial deity similar to Chenghuang (城隍), the City God, and this temple also features a similarly bureaucratic arrangement of other deities.
