Established in the late Japanese colonial era with a capacity of 700 by Xu Pingshang (許平商) and named after a local rice mill (綿豐米穀公司) founded in 1934. Closed sometime in the 1980s. Completely renovated into a department store, with almost no trace of its original function still evident. It is located in Wandan, Pingtung.
