One of several dormitory complexes built for faculty and staff at the nearby National Chung Hsing University (國立中興大學). It was located along Guoguang Road (國光路311–359號). It was mostly destroyed in the late 2000s and all remaining traces (including a sign with the address) were removed in 2016.
