An aging second-run theater operating in the heart of Minsheng Community (民生社區), for which it is named. It briefly closed in 2012 before it was reopened as New Minsheng Theater (新民生戲院) after former employees took over the lease. Miraculously it survived the pandemic before finally going out of business at the end of January 2026.
