A former Shinto shrine established in the hills outside of the tobacco farming town of Ruibei Village (瑞北村) in the 1930s, back when it was known as Tamaen (玉苑), after an Indigenous place name, Tamayan. After the war it was steadily dismantled but several relics remain. The original site is somewhere opposite Yangbei Road No. 17 (祥北路17號), along a hiking trail, but there might not be very much to see. Two stone stelae from the shrine were relocated to the nearby Sanyuan Temple (三元宮).
