A former military dependents’ village established in the dormitories of the Xingao Branch (新高支廠) of the IJN No. 6 Fuel Factory in Qingshui. It was depopulated around 2006 as the remaining residents were relocated into more modern housing. In 2012 the site was recognized for its heritage value and it has since reopened as Qingshui Military Village Cultural Park (清水眷村文化園區). As of 2025 much of it is still under construction and what is open to the public is limited.
