A two-storey structure with a neo-Baroque façade established in 1930 by Cai Meixi (蔡梅溪) as Kiyomizu-za (清水座). It would have been primarily a performance venue in the early years. Renamed after the war and later demolished. Likely located behind what is today the Qingshui branch of the Taichung Commercial Bank (台中商業銀行清水分行).
