A shopping complex opened in April 1999 on land leased from Taiwan Sugar Corporation, fronted by a giant pirate ship and oversize lighthouse evoking the work of Robert Louis Stevenson. It was situated next to Blue Lagoon Water Park in Qianzhen, Kaohsiung City. It closed in March 2015 after losing ground to larger hypermarkets and the northward drift of Kaohsiung’s commercial center, and most of the site was sold off for redevelopment in 2022.
