A former oil refinery in Kaohsiung. It was one of the Ten Major Construction Projects (十大建設) of the 1970s. By the late 2000s the site was in ruins, and while some adventurers entered the site to document the remains, everything was systematically removed over the course of the 2010s, leaving nothing behind.
