A rural branch school established in 1962 as a satellite class of Longchuan Elementary School (龍船國民學校) in the hills of Longqi. It was upgraded to a branch school in 1963, merged into Longqi Elementary School in 1994, downgraded to a branch class in 1995, and closed in 2001. Remnants of the small campus can be reached via a side road near Tai’an Temple (太安宮).
