A former government office completed around 1950. The design looks very Japanese and may have been built according to pre-existing plans. When the township office relocated in 1989 the building was effectively abandoned. Later on it was repurposed and the building now operates as the Longqi Bamboo Charcoal Museum (龍崎區農會竹炭故事館).
