Completed in 1906 by Cai Fei (蔡糞), head of an important family in Ligang. It was tentatively listed as a heritage property in the mid-2010s and then partly demolished, a consequence of split ownership of the underlying land. The main hall was eventually listed in 2020, but it is not nearly ready for public visitation.
