Established in 1973 on a hillside overlooking a historic neighborhood in Keelung. The founder was mummified after passing away in the 1990s and is now venerated as a deity on one of the side altars. Since the late 2010s there has been many complaints about the poor state of repair of the temple raining broken concrete down on residences below.
