Completed in 1972, this was a multi-part pedestrian overpass spanning the major intersection in front of Keelung Station. The name is derived from that of Keelung First Credit Union (基隆第一信用合作社), the bank that sponsored construction of the overpass. It was demolished in March 2021, part of an ongoing urban renewal project that includes Guomen Plaza (國門廣場).
