A notorious ruin near the heart of Jiaoxi that was once a prominent hotel established in the 1980s. Later on it was known as Sunshine Resort Hotel (陽光假期大飯店), but for unknown reasons the building was completely stripped to bare concrete and left to the elements for many years. By the late 2010s it was sold and revitalized and now operates as a commercial hotel, meaning there’s nothing particularly unusual about this site anymore.
