A highly unusual government office building in Jiaoxi. Its skewed appearance earned it a variety of nicknames such as Jiaoxi Moving Castle (礁溪移動城堡), after the Hayao Miyazaki film from 2004, and Jiaoxi Monster House (礁溪怪怪屋). It is the work of architect Huang Shengyuan (黃聲遠) and was completed around 2003.
