Established in 1723 by new immigrants from Anxi in Fujian Province, this temple venerates Qingshui Zushi (清水祖師). A monument at the entrance (古天興縣治紀念碑) commemorates the settlement’s status as the administrative center of the short-lived Tianxing County (天興縣).
