A presidential guesthouse hidden on a hillside along the Cross-Island Highway near the Qingshan Tunnel (青山隧道), invisible from the main road. The compound included a dedicated police station and a helipad (青山機場). Abandoned by 1971, the site was cut off after the 921 Earthquake severed the Guguan-Deji section of the highway in 1999. Intruders subsequently caused a forest fire that destroyed the guesthouse. Also known as Qingshan Guesthouse (青山招待所) or Qingshan Villa (青山山莊).
