Completed in December 1941 on what is now the campus of Gukeng Junior High School (古坑國民中小學) in Gukeng, Yunlin, this was a subsidiary or sessha (攝社) of Douliu Shinto Shrine (斗六神社). It is unclear whether any relics remain. It was likely known as Kokō-jinja in Japanese.
