A branch shrine (末社) of Douliu Shinto Shrine (斗六神社) established as Mizukokai-jinja in 1942. The shrine was located near Gouba Police Station (溝垻派出所) in what is now farmland on the outskirts of Douliu, Yunlin. Nothing is known to remain.
