A monument at the top of the trail leading up from the Taiwan Oil Field Exhibition Hall (台灣油礦陳列館) in Gongguan, Miaoli. It commemorates the oil workers who perished over the many years since the first well was drilled here. The monument is a simple obelisk with a plaque on the front. There are also some facilities related to the cableway around the monument.
