Dali Qijiangjun Temple (大里七將軍廟) - Spectral Codex
大里七將軍廟

A temple to Qijiangjun (七將軍), the Seven Generals, venerating six Qing soldiers and their loyal dog who perished in conflict with Taiwanese Indigenous people sometime in the 19th century. The exact details of the incident are blurry and the dozen or so temples in Taiwan venerating the same six soldiers have divergent accounts of what went on.
