A pair of semi-detached Japanese colonial era staff quarters built in 1930 for Taihoku Imperial University faculty, classified as Grade C housing for junior officials (判任官丙種官舍). Originally part of a larger cluster of five buildings (10 units), only three buildings survive. Registered as a historic building in 2023.
