A district shrine (鄉社) established in May 1938. Demolished after the war, but several relics remain on site. Look for stairways, retaining walls, and the mangled remains of the base of a reinforced concrete torii, one of three originally on this site. The site of the former haiden and main hall is now the Jisui Activity Center (中和積穗活動中心), and the chōzubachi (手水砵) ablution basin now stands at the East Gate 1 of Xinpu Elementary School in Banqiao (板橋新埔國小). The shrine grounds are now Yuanshan Park (員山公園). Known as Kaizan-jinja in the original Japanese.
