A Japanese colonial era agricultural training institute founded in 1932 at Sankakuho (三角埔) in present-day Tianmu in Shilin. Initially it enrolled around 30 students per year drawn from rural communities across Taihoku Prefecture for an intensive one-year program combining classroom instruction and work placement. After the war the site passed to the provincial agricultural bureau. The original buildings have since been entirely redeveloped, and the site is now occupied by the National Training Institute for Farmers’ Organizations (中華民國農民團體幹部聯合訓練協會) or NTIFO (農訓協會) on Zhongshan N. Road Sec. 7.
