A school shrine (校內社) established within the grounds of Sanxing Public School (三星公學校) in Lotō District (羅東郡) during the Japanese colonial era. The site is now Sanxing Elementary School (三星國小). Some relics may exist on campus today, but more investigation would be required to confirm.
