Up until the 2020s this was a half-finished resort on a hilltop overlooking Sanxing. Construction stalled due to corruption or embezzlement and litigation dragged on for years. As of 2023 another company has taken over development of the site as Xinrui International Resort Hotel (欣芮國際度假酒店). While it was briefly of interest in the urban exploration scene there is probably no reason to visit anymore.
