Shiquan Cineplex (十全電影城) - Spectral Codex

Established by Tseng Ching-shui (曾清水) as Shiquan Theater (十全大戲院) in 1979. Business was so successful that the entire structure was rebuilt in 1998 and rebranded as a cineplex. This late period second-run theater barely managed to survive the COVID-19 pandemic, and eventually closed in 2022. When it opened in the late 1990s it was four theaters operating in the same building: Bo’ai Theater (博愛戲院) on the 4th floor; Jinyuan Theater (錦元戲院) on the 6th; Dameitian Theater (大每天戲院) on the 8th; and Meiyi Theater (美益戲院) on the 9th.
