A former railway station on the Qiwei Sugar Railway Line (旗尾線) connecting Qishan with Jiuqutang (九曲堂). The wooden station house was complimented by a crew dormitory and railway workers would rest here overnight. Passenger service ended in 1978 and Taiwan Sugar Corporation sold the land to CPC Corporation. The buildings were subsequently demolished and replaced with a gas station.
