One of around 35 villages built for evacuees from the Dachen Islands in 1955. Located in Nansheng Village (南勝里), also known as the Lingkou (嶺口) area of Qishan, this village was home to 346 households and 884 residents, most of whom were soldiers of the retreating garrison (反共救國軍). There is also an abandoned church somewhere in the community (長老教會).
