Although details are scant, it seems the ROC navy had a theater on base in Keelung. It was likely limited to service members but may have been opened to members of the public at some point, as happened in Zuoying. The location of a candidate building visible on Google Street View in history mode is marked. Find it diagonally opposite the police station at Yiyi Road (義一路) and Xinliu Road (信六路).
