Likely completed in the late 1980s on the outskirts of Huwei, Yunlin, this was almost certainly the second generation of accommodation for military veterans displaced from the older villages around the margins of the former Kobi Airfield (虎尾飛機場). It was already depopulated by 2012 and seems to have been left to decay in the intervening decades.
