An abandoned resettlement village on the forlorn coast of Guanyin originally settled by 18 households displaced by the construction of Shimen Reservoir (石門水庫), most of them from Amuping (阿姆坪). Poor land, salt-laden soil, fierce monsoon winds, and pollution from the nearby industrial zone drove residents to largely abandon the village by the late 1970s; one row of six houses was later demolished for the construction of Highway 61 in 1996. Only a few ruined sanheyuan (三合院) farmhouses remain.
