An exhibition complex in Dayuan, Taoyuan, completed in 1994 under County Magistrate Liu Pang-yu (劉邦友) at a cost of over 200 million NT. It was intended to showcase Taoyuan’s industrial and commercial prospects near the international airport but its remote location doomed it from the start. After hosting a single exhibition titled New Oriental Pearl of the 21st Century (廿一世紀東方新明珠), the building was mothballed and formally closed in 1998. Subsequent attempts to revive it through partnerships with Yuan Ze University, Ming Chuan University, and the county investment board all collapsed over operating costs. It underwent several name changes and is sometimes referred to as Dayuan Telecommunications Museum (大園電通館). The property was later transferred to the Taoyuan Aerotropolis Corporation as part of the airport city development project. As of 2024 the site is abandoned and derelict.
