A Japanese colonial era shophouse hidden from view on Zhongshan Road in Dalin. It was built in the 1910s or 1920s in a neo-Baroque style. Professional soldier and heritage enthusiast Jiang Minghe (江明赫), who also restored nearby Wanguo Theater, rented the building for preservation, leading to its registration as a historic building in 2020. Parts of the building have been restored and converted into a vintage teahouse (翹嘴秋茶店仔).
