Tokiwa Police Garrison (常盤駐在所) - Spectral Codex

A police garrison on the former Naihonroku Security Road, now Neibenlu Yueling Historic Trail (內本鹿越嶺古道), established in 1926 at an elevation of approximately 1,402 meters on the eastern ridge of Mount Izumo (出雲山). The garrison oversaw the Bunun communities of Kaidisahan, Suncik, and Taki-Padan, and also hosted a Japanese language promotion association with 25 Indigenous members. A Shinto shrine of the same name, Tokiwa Shrine (常盤神社), was established at the site, and an Imperial Japanese Army survey marker (八六号水準點) remains at the entrance to the former garrison site.
