A mixed-use market and residential complex in Xindian comprising 66 three-storey and 2 two-storey buildings over an 8,425 square meter site. Completed around 1979, the complex was declared structurally dangerous after the 921 Earthquake in October 1999 and forcibly evacuated. Complex ownership among private market vendors and residents has stalled redevelopment for over two decades.
