A government-funded outlet center in Sihu, Yunlin, completed in 2007 to revitalize the fishing port and provide a space for local fishermen to sell their products. Unfortunately it was seldom frequented by visitors and most vendors have since moved on. Apart from an industry association the building appears derelict as of 2025.
