Shalu Pushan Temple (沙鹿普善寺) - Spectral Codex

A rare example of a Taiwanese Plains Indigenous shrine, in this case one for the Papora people (巴布拉族). Over the centuries their culture merged with Han Taiwanese religious customs to become syncretic, but some traditions remain specific to this temple. Apart from an ossuary containing what are thought to be Taiwanese Indigenous remains, the shrine also features a small museum (沙轆社拍瀑拉故事館).
