Regularly cited as one of the three major “haunted houses” on the north coast (北海岸三大廢墟) in the late 2000s. It was once a popular resort and apparently notorious for swingers parties (換妻趴). It was later demolished by Gao Enterprises (高氏企業) with the expectation it would be redeveloped into a hotel. Instead, only the Longhorn 96 Steakhouse (長角96) has been built on site.
