Another former tunnel related to the Sun Moon Lake Hydroelectric Project in Shuitou Canyon (水頭谷). Whereas Ōbayashigumi Tunnel (大林組橫坑) is visible from the roadside this one is hidden somewhere behind a gate on the opposite side of the bend in the road. The surrounding area was also used as an area to dump waste from the construction of the dam. It is likely named after the Kajima construction company.
