Hemei Ping’an Temple (和美平安宮) - Spectral Codex
和美平安宮

A modest neighborhood temple notable for displaying an idol of Yi’aigong (義愛公), a deified Japanese police officer whose mortal name was Morikawa Seijiro (森川清治郎). He was revered for his good deeds during his tenure in Chiayi and later became the focus of a small network of shrines mostly based in southern Taiwan.
